The trolley seen running off is going through the tracks. Five people cannot take a walk along the rail tracks. The track is next to one lever. The trolley is able to change tracks if you pull the lever. The trolley will show that there are people on the opposite track.
Five people get killed while you witness the action unfold. Choose to pull the lever. One person gets killed – but because of the lever you pull.
